• Password (stored securely via Supabase; we never have access to your plaintext password)

If you enable biometric login (Face ID or fingerprint), your credentials are stored locally on your device using your operating system’s secure keychain. This data never leaves your device and is never transmitted to us.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Authenticate you and maintain your session
• Provide access to training courses through our learning management system
• Respond to support requests

3. Information Shared with Third Parties

We share limited information with the following service providers:

• Supabase — Handles account authentication and secure data storage. See the Supabase Privacy Policy.
• SkyPrep — Our e-learning platform. Your email address is shared with SkyPrep solely to provide single sign-on access to your training courses. See the SkyPrep Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use any advertising networks or behavioral tracking tools.

4. Analytics and Tracking

This App does not use any analytics, crash reporting, or behavioral tracking libraries. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time — see our Account & Data Deletion page for details. Some training records may be retained by Kelly Anderson Group for recordkeeping purposes.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission (TLS), Supabase’s secure authentication infrastructure, and device-level keychain storage for biometric credentials.

7. Children’s Privacy

This App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

California residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale. We do not sell personal data.
